They were good...emailed me to let me know that the vehicle I was interested in was already sold, and suggested other options.

Was told the vehicle would be there on the Friday that I was driving down from Maine which is approximately 2 hours away an hour into the drive. I got a phone call telling me the car was not there because the manager had taken it home for the weekend. Once I reconnected with the car dealer, I specifically told them that I expected a fair price for my trade-in based on KBB. I sent them pictures of the vehicle along with the VIN. Their offer was substantially lower by $2,000.

The AI auto responses were multiple and confusing. I wasn’t sure who I was talking to at any given point. A sales person never actually contacted me. I got conflicting information about purchasing out of state and asked for a sales manager to call me. Never heard from anyone. Bought elsewhere.

Sheila was kind and wonderful as well as very helpful. Rhe office manager Sarah was the one i thought was rude because I declined extra warranties. She wouldn't even talk to me after that. I thought she was very unprofessional.

A good place to get and service Subaru vehicles. Nice new, well-designed facility. Very friendly helpful staff. Easy to like and recommend to friends.
