I ended up taking a long drive to Fullerton for nothing. When I got there the vehicle I wanted to see and maybe purchase had been sold. No one took the time to at least let me know. I could have avoided the traffic and long drive.

It's great working with Steven B. He gave me no hassle no bs experience. He didn't even try to give me so called "market shortage" bs like many other dealers do trying to slap you with mark ups. In fact, I received discount on the 2023 Outback Touring XT. Everything was done via email and 1 phone call. I picked up the car next morning.
