Subaru dealerships near me (Boston, MA)

The Staff was great, but they were super busy the day we arrived. However they set us up with our test drive, in which staff did not come with us. Shockingly different ,but understandable. I felt no pressure at all from any staff with making the decision to buy this car. Also we came when it was raining, nevertheless part of their car lot sits under a building structure so when you check out the vehicles you are dry ( ingenious).

The AI auto responses were multiple and confusing. I wasn’t sure who I was talking to at any given point. A sales person never actually contacted me. I got conflicting information about purchasing out of state and asked for a sales manager to call me. Never heard from anyone. Bought elsewhere.

I would not hesitate recommending Metrowest Subaru. Many thanks to Michael B for making this experience easy and enjoyable. He provided the information that I needed to make the decision to best fit my needs. I felt that the cost and the offer for my trade in was fair. I never felt pressured in any way and felt completely comfortable with the entire transaction. I have never had such a positive car buying experience. Also, a shout out to John Kent, the finance manager who explained the options in a way I could understand without getting overwhelmed.

Our experience at Melkonian Subaru in North Reading, MA was simply tremendous. Bottomline: we will 100% do business with them when we purchase our next vehicle in the future. They were knowledgeable, timely, kind, and extremely professional. What we liked most was their “no pressure” approach. They did not try and upsell us. That waws what made the difference. There are some 65 Subaru dealers in the New England area. From our experience, Melkonian is number 1!

I was very pleased with the whole process of purchasing the 2023 Camry TRD. They were very accommodating to all of my requests, very friendly and helpful. It was a rainy day and they had the car inside and dried off as per my request. It was well prepped and clean. It still takes several hours for the process but I believe they are efficient at it. I would highly recommend this dealership.
