The dealership's first response to me was good and fast. I explained to them my situation of waiting on the insurance claim to be processed and that we were interested in the 2008 Mazda3. When the insurance topic was taken care of, a virtual tour was scheduled for Saturday at 10:30am. The dealership agreed to call around that time frame. When 10:30 arrived, no phone call. When 12pm arrived, no phone call. I called at 12:15pm and asked for the sales person to call us back. They said they would. When 3:30pm arrived, still no phone call. I called again and asked about the 2008 Mazda3.The dealership said it had JUST sold. If the dealership had called us back, we most likely would have purchased it. We are very practiced at buying cars from a distance. We are also on the desperate side because we are in NEED of a car for our daughter. Over-all, I don't think this dealership is good at communication and they don't do what they say they are going to do.
