Dealerships near me (Sheridan, IN)

Started as good communication, then they let someone come in 15 minutes before me when I told them I was bringing in money to buy since they wouldn’t let me put the money down over the phone. Other dealers allow this but not Andy Mohr. Waited 1 and 1/2 hours to be told that it was sold to the other person.

Very poor overall communication with the dealership. The people you email is not even housed at the dealership so they have no idea you are even coming to see a specific vehicle. At first they said the vehicle was sold, but then they found it. The "manager' was horrible and low balled our trade in by 5k. Once we spoke to another manager they raised the price. We were there for 5 hours and walked away without a car.

It was good, worked with Alex Alexander, who was helpful but no overly pushy. Made a stressful situation, a bit less so. We did end up buying the vehilce from him. I will say Audi Indianapolis is an impressive place and first class. We have had several postive experiences with them both in sales and service. I beleive you invest a bit more, but always come away satisified. At the end of the day the fact this has dealer certified inspection, provide quite a bit of comofort for us and likely tipped the scale. Not sure about all the add ons, so we will see if these were a good investment down the road.

They made my first car buying experience smooth and helped me so much and so quickly as I needed this so badly for my family and it was meant to be all around. They were amazing and very friendly. They did everything to ensure I was happy and that I would be comfortable. The 3.5 hour trip there and back was worth it!

Was told I’d get numbers they never arrived. Then basically ignored afterwards. Had several generic emails sent to me that I responded to with no response.

We had a great experience working with Jordan Cates. The vehicle was in immaculate condition. And they took the time to detail it after we purchased it. It had the new car smell.

Evan was very helpful and transparent throughout the process.

Overall, good experience. A little bit much on the back and forth. Took a very long time to complete everything.
