The dealership responded quickly after my initial email and continued to do so following. The salesman was polite, and informative. Unfortunately for me, the vehicle I was interested in driving over 100 miles to go check out sold 2 days before I could get there. I called the dealership to verify and the gentleman who I spoke with was very polite and professional as well. I sent an email inquiring about a Rav4, an employee from the dealer (Robin) emailed me back within a couple hours. She was very helpful answering the questions I had about the vehicle, and we scheduled a time to look at the car. When I got there, the vehicle was pulled up, waiting for me. I was greeted by Stephen, he was very helpful, honest, and friendly. After test driving the vehicle, I was impressed with it. When we went into the dealership to get some numbers, Stephen, and the other sales associates (Jeff & JP) were very helpful. They were very aggressive on the pricing. After we talked, my wife and I decided to purchase the vehicle (we feel we got a great price).
