I contacted this dealership about a vehicle listed on CarGurus. When I arrived, I was told the vehicle was out on loan and was shown a different oneinstead. The salesperson stated all the models were all essentially the same, which I did not find accurate or helpful as a consumer. The interaction felt unprofessional and dismissive, and my questions were not taken seriously. This was uncomfortable given the significance of a vehicle purchase. Although a manager later attempted to address the situation, the experience had already left a negative impression. I ultimately purchased from another dealership where the staff was professional from the start. Based on my experience, buyers expecting transparency, negotiation, and professionalism may want to consider other options.

They contacted me very quickly an did not play or anything they had me in an out in a good timely manner

I called for information on the car and the guy that answered didn’t really answer any of my questions or address my request for photos. Told me I had his number if I had any more questions, without actually answering any of my original questions, and then ended the call. I sent a follow up text after not hearing anything from him in text for photos and then never ended up receiving anything.

car was really clean only a few items on car needed attention that was not discussed that needed to be, but overall dealership was good and the people were really nice

Dealer posted false price online and would not honor the advertised price. Management was very argumentative and arrogant.

Truck ended up with problems before I could look at it. They were very honest and I'm glad they didn't go through with a sale that would have cost me soon after. Thank you for your honesty and your help

The staff member Gemar provided excellent assistance, demonstrated great communication skills, and thoroughly addressed all my inquiries regarding the vehicle.
