They get zero stars but it has to have at least one but in my mind they are a big fat ZERO! Did their online deal gave me a price a confirmation code and a scan code. When I went to get the truck they acted like they had never seen the online deal before. They are a bait and switch organization by haveing access to a online deal giving a price with a down payment and then going to make the deal and acting like they had never heard of it before and giving a different price I feel like I got scammed to come into the dealership and I would buy because I loved the truck but they wasted my time. I would never do business and would never recommend them to anyone!

Emailed the dealer, confirmed it was available. Showed up at the dealer on Sunday for a test drive and was told the car is a “wholesale” item and they can’t sell it but they have others like it. Classic bait and switch. Not a good experience.

Experience was extremely poor. I called the dealership literally before I left my house. I asked if the car was on the lot because I was coming from conyers and my time was limited. I get here and the car is not here after a driving an hour to get here. Sales mans excuse "they already sold it" Oh really in an hour huh... Then he tried to show me vehicles that were comparable. Why would I spend hours apoun hours researching vehicles and dealerships online at home just to get the dealership and go through the same bull crap again. They think they have the licence to play with peoples time.

The dealer called me back after my inquiry and told me the car was on the lot and ready to go. We agreed that I would arrive at 2:00 to drive the car. I drove 40 minutes to the dealer. When I arrived, I waited for 25 minutes only to be told the car was not able to pass a safety inspection. The salesman offered to talk about other cars. I walked off the lot. Text book bait and switch.

I can attest that all great things said about this place are true. Made appointment but the person I was greeted by knew nothing about it and checked his computer several times and finally found my name. The car had a lot of cosmetic flaws but I offered to consider with certain repairs and was told I’d be given a drive off quoted price by text within 30 minutes. 3 hours later no quote so I purchased elsewhere.

The experience was pretty good because I believe I got a good deal on the car I wanted. It took a while to find the actual car because it was out as a loaner and I had to wait nearly 10 days for it to come back. Since prices are posted online and it's competitive they gave me their all in price and that made the actual signing of paperwork easy and stress free. All in all not a bad experience for a car dealership.

While the Murano was too small in the driver area for a 6ft male (me) and would not meet my needs. Brian was very helpful and stayed in contact with me until I could arrange a time to meet. I called him the last minute (within an hour of arriving) and even though he was off that day, he was very helpful. I'm still looking and Ed Voyles is a dealership I will consider.

Terrible. No communication amongst each other and therefore as a customer you get told a variety of different things. Drove over an hour to see a car only to be told they couldn't sell it when I arrived. Very poor customer service after. Not even told sorry or asked if there was anything else they could show me or do for me.

The start of my experience at Ed Voyles was touch and go at first, but worked out fine in the end. They have a process issue that needs to be worked out from the top down with deliveries of used vehicles for sale. I found a Jeep I was interested in (I had been looking for months) on Cargrus.com that was at Ed Voyles...I called the dealership and my salesman confirmed it was there. I drove an hour and 15 minutes to see it. When the salesman and I went to see it, a member of the Ed Voyles senior management had placed dibs on it for a friend. It was never supposed to hit Cargurus.com. Big waist of my afternoon! The salesman was great and truely embarrassed and I was embarrassed for him. Long story short, I waited while the Ed Voyles employee's friend said yes/no to the Jeep. They didn't want it and I bought it. So, all ends well, BUT there is a major disconnect in communication somewhere that, if that happened at my job and probably yours, would get someone in big trouble. Major process issue needs to be addressed from the top down. It left middle management and hard working employees looking like fools... just unacceptable.

Great overall experience buying at this dealership. Did all of the negotiations via phone, text, and email and they were quick to send me a Buyers Order when we reached a fair deal. The next day I drove five hours arriving an hour before they opened and got to inspect the vehicle. After a test drive and signing all the paperwork I was in and out in less than two hours. Great service.

Vehicle had a crack in the dash and would have been nice to know before hand, but not a huge deal. It's not visible unless you look for it. Brian was very responsive and easy to work with. I live out of state. So lots of calls, e-mail and texts which was nice.

Vehicle not available and never put up for sale. I stopped. Y dealer to test drive a Jeep Grand Cheerokee listed on CarGurus. I was told it was in the shop and could test drive the next day. I arrived the next day and was told the vehicle had extensive rear end damage and would not be sold on the lot. Why was a vehicle advertised that would never be available for sale?

The internet sales representative contacted me promptly, and was courteous and friendly. We communicated over the next few days, but were unable to close the deal partially due to his limited financing options. He forgot key points (more than once!) I had mentioned in my email correspondence, I think it would have been helpful for him to review our conversation each time he worked on this prospective deal. He ended up giving us a quote before he received the financial paperwork he requested from us. Once he found what we had sent, he never gave us a revised quote. We bought a vehicle somewhere else .

1st. Contacted the dealer on Friday, Oct. 28. Car was available. Drove 50 miles to test drive. I was interested. When discussing how to get my wife to see it I was informed that due to airbag recall It couldn't be sold. Was offered one at $10 k more. It felt lie a bait and switch. Now, 3 days later it is still being advertised on their web site and Autotrader. Hmmmm.

Salesman met as agreed, brought car out for test drive, but turns out some features important to me are missing. Salesman did follow up with email. I explained why I did not want this car, he responded with suggestion that a better fit may come in the future and he would so advise. This follow-up shows great courtesy and genuine interest, which is not always the case with sales people, in my experience.

The agent was not aware the vehicle was still in transit to the dealer, Did discover vehicle was not on the lot. Called and saved some real aggravation if we had driven the 80 miles to see a vehicle not on the lot. Vehicle is still in transit a week later.

I messaged them to email me some pix of the truck because they didn't have any posted... The internet sales manager responded with a sales pitch instead.. I asked again and i got 4 very low res pics none of which were complete pictures of the truck but partial pictures of the truck. I called back two days later about the truck .. A sales rep took my number and said let me go check on the truck and I'll call you right back.... A day and a half later i called again because NOBODY called me back..... Only to hear oh that truck sold a couple days ago.. RIDICULOUS!! You can do business where you choose.... But i will NOT do business with a dealership that has no VALUE for potential customers like myself.

I did contact them and Todd Prine responded. I went over on Saturday, met with Todd. We made a deal, and I am now driving the 2011 Sorento we talked about. So far I am very satisfied with our deal.

The salesman communicated with me all week and even the day I was coming out to the dealership. I drove an hour to get there and when I got there I could not contact him. He didn't return texts or calls. We could not find the car nor the salesman. We approached two managers for help and stood there waiting 20 minutes. No one ever came to help us so we assumed the car never existed and left.

Would not recommend to anyone. I drove from Auburn, AL the dealership after speaking with salesperson Kirby who said he could discount the car I was looking for. When I got there he said he couldn't discount it but recommended that I increase my down payment. I could have increased my down payment but I decided not to because of his dishonesty. I left and if I ever go back I would avoid Mr. Kirby.

Two months after I bought my 2011 wrangler, the check engine light came on because of an evap leak. My t-case lever was never checked on the initial inspection and isn't connected to anything. Any time it rains I get a half inch of water in my floor boards as well. After all of which was brought to the dealers attention none of this was covered under my "full" warranty. I would suggest taking your business to a dealership that stands by what they're selling and one that values the customer even after you've purchased a vehicle with them.
