RAM dealerships near me (Cypress, TX)

Not transparent. Brought a bunch of ad ons when got to buying process. Make you get tracking device in car.

Initially, the dealer replied right away. When I asked for out the door numbers and a sight unseen trade in offer on a Tuesday near the end of the day, the salesperson said they would get them to me on Thursday because they were off work on Wednesday. Not a big deal as I wasn't in a rush to make a purchase. If the deal was right, I was ready to pull the trigger, just wasn't going to jump on any deal that I found. Fast forward, they never gave me the numbers, and I never heard back from them. Two weeks later they still have the vehicle, and I traveled elsewhere to purchase.

Great communication but horrible overall service as I was contacted to come in and look at the car and after setting my appt and driving an hour to get there just to find out the car was not there……..

Easy process, friendly staff. Vehicle was detailed beautifully . Worked out great. Very pleased.

Good experience overall, I just had to wait a little longer than I wanted to, even though I had all the financing worked out, but I suppose it is typical when buying a vehicle.

Bought numerous vehicles from this dealership...both my with & I have not had a bad experience during anyone of our visits. Friendly, knowledgeable & courteous staff. I deff say put this dealership on your radar if you are in the market for a vehicle.

Over priced car, compared to other cars in the area. When asked about a price they would not give me one unless I sat with the dealer
