I was interested in purchasing a vehicle from Kayalar Motors, but I had not made a final decision to purchase it. During my interactions with the sales executive Will Butler, I felt pressured into sending a $500 deposit through Zelle to a business account associated with the dealership. Before I sent the money, the sales executive did not inform me that the deposit was nonrefundable. I was also not provided with a receipt or written documentation explaining the deposit terms at the time of payment. Had I known the deposit was nonrefundable, I would not have sent the money. When I later decided not to proceed with the vehicle purchase, I contacted the sales executive to request a refund. I made several attempts to reach him but did not receive a response. I eventually contacted a manager, who informed me that the deposit was nonrefundable. The manager offered to return only $200 of my $500 payment, with the remaining $300 offered as store credit.
