Cole and Mel made the buying experience as smooth as butter. I highly recommend this dealership! It was worth to drive to Houston, Texas.

Selected vehicles were not made readily available upon arrival for my scheduled test drives. The employee that greeted me knew little to nothing about the inventory, nor did could he locate the vehicle I had scheduled to drive. We walked a puddle-filled, loose rock parking lot with cars packed together so tight most were not accessible. The vehicles were not clean, most had old water bottles or trash in them. I spent over an hour following the "salesman" as he pointed at cars to show me "what else" they had, although he didn't have any information on them. It was a waste of time and very frustrating. I later contacted a manager and agreed to return. Of the 5-6 cars I requested to see and drive, there was one ready for me and another I had no info on. The manager laughed at my cash offer, made no counter offer, and said their sales team would discuss and get back to me. I did not receive a call back from them on my fair, straight cash offer.
