The staff at Auto basics were very helpful, friendly and nice . My wife and I decided not to buy the vehicle we were looking at but they offered understanding and other options . No pressure . I would recommend there dealership to anyone .

Freddy was so nice and respectful. We were not in agreement about the car, but he was such a good salesperson that we felt sad for not buying the car after we left.

I came to the dealership not expecting to find the vehicle I was looking for but did. When it came down to price, the price listed on line was thousands less than what was on the sticker on the vehicle. I wish I would have seen the on line price before I started negotiating. Condition was about as expected. I was a little surprised that there were 3 floor mats not 4. My wife noticed the passengers side was missing. Why would a dealer sell a vehicle with a missing floor mat and not say anything? Overall typical car buying experience. Nothing special.

Friendly staff. Seriously overpriced used Volvos. They seem to have no clue about average market value of their used cars. Easily 6-10k over similar year and trim models in the same condition available on Carmax or even at other dealers. I would not recommend buying a used Volvo here if you are looking for a fair price.
