Sales person was very responsive and worked with me openly. However upon getting to the vehicle it was obvious that this vehicle was involved in a collision. Being a licensed damage appraiser I found a broken left head light that won't pass maryland inspection, buckles in both quarter panels, hood and fender was replaced (missing vin stickers) over spray on the trim panels and serious gap issues on the left side. This vehicle appears to gave been hit hard and put back together poorly in my opinion. Any knowledgeable vehicle person can see these issues are present.

Good cars and customer service

Never looked at my application. Spent 2 weeks going back and forth with them to get the application approved or denied. Refused to communicate the status of the application process.
