Dealer kept changing the price and salesperson. After working for a long time with one sales associate the manager stepped in and added $1500 to the price. Very disappointing.

I will give zero stars if I could ! Do not come here! They pulled a bait-and-switch on us! Even after showing them a thread of text messages over two days, they still denied it and tried to say it was a “misunderstanding”, when the text messages clearly proved otherwise. I was very clear about the vehicle we came to see as well as the price that was agreed-upon with proof from the text messages on my phone that I made sure to show the salesman before we even went outside to look at the vehicle. And even with all that they still had the nerve to have us test drive the vehicle, knowing they were not going to honor the price and then they tried to show us a different vehicle! Like what???? Do NOT come here! I should’ve read the reviews before I went because this seems to be an ongoing theme with this dealership.

Out of about 10 car dealers i had dealt with, This one gets the prize. There was no hassle whatsoever and they were very straightforward, giving the best price up front. Josh, our salesman was the BEST.

The process at this dealership was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. We came in with our own financing already secured through a well-known credit union, only to be told they wouldn’t accept it. We were basically pushed into using one of their banks instead. We went along with it, completed the entire process, and when we picked up the car, we were only given one key. When we asked about the second key, we were told we’d have to figure that out on our own. Within four days, my husband went outside to start the car and the battery was completely dead — it had to be replaced immediately. When we called the dealership, we were told to bring the car with the dead battery to them, despite the fact that we live 40 miles away. No support, no accountability. All of this happened within the first five days of owning the car. The whole experience felt like the stereotypical car-buying nightmare. We would absolutely not do business with them again.

Pour costumer service salesman was rude like I was supposed to convince him to sell me the car I went to a different dealer got a higher trim than the Z the had in yellow for almost the same price as they have the yellow a for sell which is not 39k as advertised it 45k

During my personal inspection of the 2023 Altima, I noticed a few minor scratches on the body that weren't visible in the photos. Instead of denying the problem, the staff at Old Orchard Nissan immediately offered to fix all the defects free of charge at their own body shop. The car was prepared perfectly, and I left satisfied, having received exactly what I came for.
