Drove to Van Nuys to purchase the 2024 Gtr Tspec. I was ignored for a bit then after 10 min a representative approached me. I told him I’d like to buy the GTR and would pay 10k additional to the price of MSRP 144.400. He talked to his boss and said no to my offer. They asked me to pay 30k over MSRP. That’s just dealer greed. I would never recommend this dealer.

stopped to look at the car two prices on line $21.818 and $22,239 price tag at dealership $24,400 price inside while working out the deal $29,500.(due to car having extras?) asking for 10k down. with good credit and pre approved loan. no deal made.

Very persistent with calling. Which is good. Everyone who called were professional and willing and waiting to assist.

They advertise the price on Verse for 16,300 and you drive there for 2 hours and they force you to pay 4,500$ worth of pre installed useless options on the car. So the final price on this car is 20,800! Save your gas and time and do not go there. I already spoke to 4 different sales men over there.

Contacted dealer about a used vehicle. They set an appointment. Sent clean carfax. I show at the agreed to time. Wait 10 mins…sorry car is in body shop…show me photo of the lower skirt damage. So much for clean carfax! I had even asked if there was damage before I drove an hour to get here! 35 mins later they still hadn’t produced the car after repeated promises it was coming. So I left. Norma and Pamela dropped the ball on this one. This could have been an easy cash deal. They set appointments without making sure cars are ready. They don’t tell you the car has damage before you arrive. I wasted nearly 3 hours of my time.

Great communication, Arita is a bit overpriced but not the dealers fault.
