Worst buying experience ever. This dealer does nothing but feed you LIE AFTER LIE. This place was horrible.They completely wasted my time. Liars when it comes to cars availability. Dealer states car is available. I made an appointment to go see a specific car that seemed to be in good condition on the website. I called 2 hours before we got there to make sure they still had the exact car to be seen. Sure enough we get there and that car which was advertised as on the lot for 28 days needed to be “certified” and was at the service center. (Which is a block away) but we were unable to see it. They then wasted over an hour of our time looking at an overpriced older model or trying to sell is a brand new model. Then when we left tried to “apologize” by calling us from a manager we never saw who wanted to waste our time further. Never go here. They are a bait and switch place and not willing to negotiate at all. I would give Lynnes Nissan the LOWEST possible rating.

I made an appointment on a Friday to see a 2020 Acura MDX on Sunday morning. Got a confirmation for the appointment on Saturday. Drove a 150 miles to see the car only to be told the car was sold on Friday. Would have been nice for the dealership to have called me on the Saturday to let me know this. To be completely transparent the manager did try to look around the area for something similar but there was nothing available.

Experience was horrible, got passed around to 3 different sales reps driving down to pick up the car. after telling them several times through the two day buying process that they better make sure the car is in decent shape we finally show up after a 6 hour drive only to find out that the car has several dents, scratches, paint chips covered up with a paint pen that didn’t match, drivers door handle was broken and then was told our bank check was no good and we were going to need to sign a contact that if the check didn’t clear we would have to finance through their bank. Was a definite scam, would never recommend this place to anyone.

Went there drive the vehicle 2021 Mercedes Benz Metris. And check engine light on. I said not buying unless they fix the check engine issue. They said we want to do the right thing. Leave the vehicle we will fix it and call you to pick up..now car gurus sent me an email that it sold. No one call me to let me know..
