responsive before getting truck but backup camera does not work they are fixing it but impossible to have them reach out

Sales guy said they are below average for comparable vehicles. Wouldn’t budge any amount as he stated they are NOT negotiable.

Staff was friendly but I drove 40 minutes to the dealership after calling ahead and they neglected to inform me that that vehicle was no longer there and tried to entice me to look at another vehicle that I had no interest in.

My salesperson Daniel was exceptional & so was Kevin in Finance. It was a smooth & quick experience!!

Salesman was great. Picked me up from the airport. Test drive was good. Found that the truck needed work but for the price I was willing to purchase it as long as they replaced the bad starter so I could drive it 400 miles back to Albuquerque. Management refuse to replace starter and was willing to let me drive it 400 miles home with a chance of a breakdown. Nothing bad on salesman, Manger unwilling to help with anything. Stay away from Midway Nissan in Phoenix.

It was a very pleasant experience. The price was well below market - an incredible deal, and they gave me more for my trade-in than it was worth. The sales rep Chris was very attentive and patient. The finance manager was down to earth and worked creatively to make the deal happen. The closing process was smooth and pleasant. I am a repeat customer, and would highly recommend Courtesy to anyone looking for a great deal and a quick and easy process.
