AutoNation Nissan Tempe

Called for information and was contacted via text, email, and phone call very quickly. Was able to set up a time that was convenient for me to meet with a salesperson same day. Easy experience went in to look at a Nissan Rouge and unexpectedly ended up buying the car that same day. Frank was very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns and he even had to drive my new car back to my house since I couldn't drive it because of a foot injury. Financed with Nissan since they offered me a better APR than anyone else. Financing guy Was also awesome went through every detail and broke everything down so it could be easily understood. Happy with the car and my experience.

It was awful. Typical dealer games. Tell you one thing and then do another. Granted my credit isnt the best hence why I went there. Told me I was approved at 22%,"we will get the paperwork ready" I heard several times. Then they came back with More questions. This went on for 2 hrs! 3 days later when we calculated the payment they were quoting us, it didn't add up with the amount we were purchasing, interest rate, and down payment. Asked for a breakdown of the payment. Then "suddenly" they told me the bank withdrew its approval. What a scam. Went to another dealership, in and out in an hour with a new car, with no hassle, no games, and no hiding of how the payment was calculated. I'm being nice with 2 stars.

I inquired about a vehicle that was advertised as having 52000 miles. However, when they emailed me the information about the vehicle it said it had 135,000 miles. When I asked why is there such a difference they first said that it was a misprint on the internet and that it was being fixed. I told then no thanks. Still trying to get me to come to the lot they changed their story and said they were looking for the exact vehicle that was originally on the internet. Needless to say I didn't buy a car from them and took my business elsewhere.

Same as the other dealers they say yes to the financing and then they want $4000.00 down I mean c'mon it's a car not a freakin Lear Jet!

These jokesters deserve no stars. The dealership allows Car Gurus not to disclose "the fine print" of a posted price to a listed vehicle. Meaning - the posted prices are flawed! I went to this dealership personally to purchase a vehicle. Before going, I called to confirm the posting. It was a go. I called again the next morning before heading up from Tucson for a second confirmation. It was a definite go. Long story short, these joksters will tell you anything just to get you to their dealership. Even if you've already mentioned to them you're coming in from out of town. Then you get there and they tell you the real price; after you've test driven the vehicle. Management will then tell you they have no control what Car Gurus puts on their website. Even though you were completely specific to details when you called them before going. Do what I did, chew them out in front of any customers. Let it be known the dealership is deceitful. Extremely poor customer service skills. That goes for everyone associated with this dealership. Avoid this dealership at all cost. As for Car Gurus, investigate this matter. This dealership is giving your website a bad rap.

they don't want to give a car to a person with an excellent job (6 years at a professional job with a university), no bad credit at all, has 2 good marks, zero bad marks, but since the person is young only 22 years old, never had a car loan they want her to give either a Huge downpayment or have a cosigner, so can get a better deal somewhere else!!
