Alex and Isaac were very helpful throughout the process of purchasing the Forester. We were excited that the Forester was exactly as described, and the dealership itself was stocked with coffee and comfortable amenities. The only downside was the time spent in the dealership itself waiting a bit for financing to have everything in order. I really enjoy the Forester!

Adan the salesman was very helpful and I enjoyed working with him. What I don’t like is the whole my manager wants to talk to you before you go so they can exercise high-pressure tactics for you to purchase a vehicle. I will not ever buy a car from this dealership for that reason or any dealership that performs that practice. It is unethical and they should really think twice about doing that. I went for a test drive, and I walked out with a determination never to purchase from that site.

This dealership refuses to contact you via text or email, our preferred method of contact to help keep organized and clear on details. They also refuse to provide an out the door quote unless you’re at the dealership even though we expressed several times that we lived several hours away and wanted to see the numbers before we made the trip. Refusal to provide clear cost is a red flag.

I am still waiting for the vehicle to get on the showroom floor It was listed on CarGurus but it is not available at the dealer as of yet. they are keeping me updated. I will review again once I have viewed the vehicle
