All good except for 2 things: 1. The time it took to meet about financing. Had to sit for over 2 hours. 2. Hidden prices. They had over $3000 in additional things they added to the price of the car, not counting taxes or the various dealer fees.

I tried to get a out the door price from these people. They would not give me the information needed. They reached out to me and said they would, but they never did.

Alonzo was great - had everything ready and made the process smooth and was very straightforward with pricing. He had the vehicle we ended up buying ready for us to test drive, and while we did the test drive he got the appraisal for our trade-in done. In and out in about 2 hours, and most of that was our test drive. Was extremely happy with the service.
