They tried to rip me off badly. Car was 14,799 but the total came out to 19,000 something and he said all dealerships have dark fees. Most horrible experience I've ever had.

The car was priced at 11,999 when I went to attempt to purchase it. The test drive went well. The financing process was the problem. There were over 3000 dollars in hidden fees. The otd price was over 17000 dollars. Needless to say I didn't purchase the vehicle. 🤷🏾‍♂️

Alonzo was great - had everything ready and made the process smooth and was very straightforward with pricing. He had the vehicle we ended up buying ready for us to test drive, and while we did the test drive he got the appraisal for our trade-in done. In and out in about 2 hours, and most of that was our test drive. Was extremely happy with the service.

I had a very good experience at this dealership. I originally inquired about a black ecoboost explorer with low miles. However after spending hours with a very patient salesman checking out 7+ cars. i decided to purchase another one. I like how each vehicle is priced very fair and they are easy to work with. i really wish they offered financing but unfortunately they don’t. I’m very satisfied with my experience as the car checks out with no issues
