Auto was not fully charged when I arrived, one hour drive from my home. I callled a day before to make my appointment. I was not pleased that i had to wait two hours for them to charge my car. Went to have breakfast, returned and car needed one more hour of charging. Went to a different dealership, to a second and in the third place I arrived, found my prius prime. Yes I tested it and purchased. Thanks
