While the dealer replied quickly, when arriving at the car lot the dealer was not friendly and welcoming. While no one was rude you didn’t get the feeling they cared one way or the other if we bought the car or not. We had called ahead with the goal of purchasing. Drove two hours to get it and no attempt had been made to clean or prepare it for us. After test driving we decided to look elsewhere and ultimately purchased at a location where it was evident that customers come first.

The dealer texted me back with a response to my question. I called for additional information and they answered all my questions. I drove two hours and test drove the truck, decided to buy. The buying experience was painless and only took about an hour. I should have taken the truck for an inspection, when I got it home there was oil in the radiator. Called the dealer back, and they offered to troubleshoot and fix the problem. Drove the truck two hours back, and a week later they had everything fixed. They were professional and courteous and listened to what I had to say, and even though there was a problem with the truck they made it right. My only minor gripe is I was not offered a warranty at the time of purchase, and when I called back they asked if I had purchased one. It would have nice to have been offered. I definitely recommend them and would be a return customer for sure.
