Everything was fine except for the dealer responses were AI and not a real person that can add proper and useful information.

Contacted them to buy a car from out of state, they said they would send over paperwork for me to sign but never did and then sold the car to someone else

Considering the wrap that dealerships get Mercedes-Benz Beverly Hills had me in and out in two hours. And that was only because we were waiting for my newly purchased vehicle to charge.

They sold me a used car and agreed to fix some issues with the car before delivering it. When I returned to pick up the car, they had not fixed everything that was agreed upon. They refused to fix the remaining problems with the car and informed me that they would rather cancel the sale if I didn't agree to take delivery that day. Needless to say, I wasn't going to take the car home if the agreed upon repairs hadn't been made. I wasted 2 days of my time with this unprofessional dealership . Don't make the same mistake I did. Take your business somewhere where they appreciate it.
