Most poor purchasing experience, ever. Phone calls and messages do not get returned despite their promises they would. This organization is mediocre and there is a culture (which must come from management) of not caring about customers or potential customers. I would advise others to take their business elsewhere.

Mastria was very helpful in our car search. While we did go with another brand, I would highly recommend Mastria for folks looking for a car.

Their responses were short and to the point. No unnecessary emails or calls which I appreciate.

Overall was a great experience. Only issue as a Veteran Mazda gives $500 towards the MSRP that I learned after the deal. If you have served your Country and are eligible this should not have been found by me after the fact.
