The dealer and staff were absolutely awesome. It was a huge decision to fly to Chicago to purchase this vehicle based on the promotion ad and my conversations with the salesperson. I flew in from Syracuse, took an Uber to the dealership and met with sales at 3pm. Test drove the car and was on on the road at 4:10 driving back to NY. The car was everything they said it was. Near perfect condition. Just a couple paint chips on the hood! They processed me very quickly and filled the tank so I didn't have to find gas until I was in Ohio! One of my best auto purchase experiences! Love the car. I highly recommend Fox Ford Lincoln of Chicago.

Horrible? The dealership had never responded in a timely manners. Days would go by before a response. I had repeatedly requested information on a 2022 new Lincoln Consair on their website. It was advertised at around 34000. They would not sell it at that price. The salesperson said it will be at the msrp 38000!

No hassles, no hidden fees. Everything was straightforward. Dan, the Finance Manager was spot on with all the paperwork and it was a very smooth process. These guys were great and I almost forgot that I was paying them $20 grand. Spot on, gents. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality ride for a fair price. (But remember to bring a box of Crayolas for Dan).
