Lexus dealerships near me (Sherman Oaks, CA)

This was a horrible experience. First, a meeting for a test drive was set for 10:00am on Saturday (2/21/2026) by the salesperson Ruman. It took over an hour to get there from where I live. The sales person calls me close to 9:59am when we're close to arriving to tell me that a part was missing and we wouldn't be able to test drive the car. He informed me that the part should arrive on Tue ( 2/24) and he would call me as soon as the car is ready...As of 2/28/2026, I have yet to hear back from him!!!

The car I reserved was sold as soon as I got to their place and I was half hour early on my appointment.

It is a lovely dealership. Staff is polite. I was not crazy about the Lexus and test drive. Will wait for something else in May or June

That was a hassle, free, really positive experience. They simply didn’t have the right car for me, but I highly recommend this place. The transparency about pricing, financing and customer service was top-notch and stress-free.

Salesman was cool, until the sales manager tried to flip everything that was agreed upon during finance. Initially tried to slip the original offer I rejected in during signing, when called out sales manager decides to set a new price saying extras are worth 8k in which 2k was discounted, implying I was getting a significant deal while undercutting my trade-in even more. Come to find out they just got another potential buyer so they'd rather try to trick me for some extra cash.. Sure it was a good deal overall, but the sales manager was too full of it. Would rather pay more from an honest salesman, if there are such things.. Overall, watch the numbers when signing at finance. They'll try and sneak in extra charges and down payments which were not agreed upon hoping you'll miss it, while blaming you for 'not understanding how it works' when calling them out then make extra 'dealership addons' on the spot.

They don’t deserve a single star. Sold me a car that was unsafe to drive. Took to another dealership for inspection after notifying South Bay Lexus that the car was leaking puddles of oil and was not shifting without jerking, they said to bring it in to have a look. I didn't feel safe driving it, took it to independent mechanic was told give it back, took it to another dealership for inspection, found cracked dog bone engine mount, blown head gaskets, strut issues, and unknown transmission issues, I didn't want to pay an additional 200 for further diagnostics. South Bay Lexus in Torrance agreed to reverse the deal but have yet to return my down payment or cancel my loan, with the first payment already posted. I am paying for a car I do not have that I left as instructed by South Bay with Carlsbad Lexus where the inspections were done after purchasing. I had to take a train and lyft rides to sign paperwork over 80 miles away to retrieve the car I traded. Shady, dishonest? *carfax
