My sales guy Wael was very helpful. He provided me current pictures of the vehicle as I requested before seeing the vehicle in person. He went above and beyond and made car buying easy. And finance manager Ali made the paperwork process smooth and easy. Thank you!

Terrible follow through. Despite setting up multiple times to talk, I never got a call and had to chase down the sales person and or sales manager. Sales person could not or would not answer a simple question about if a car was actually a CPO vehicle, even though the site said it was (it wasn't). I felt very disrespected throughout the process and that my time was not valuable.

Remote sale. They pressured me to sign a contract because someone else wanted to buy the car. I don't doubt that. I asked them to make the purchase agreement contingent on providing a vehicle showing the condition of the vehicle. They gave me the run around, misled me about contract law in California, then ghosted me. I'm disappointed because they are one of the few dealers that are transparent about pricing with no junk fees.

Before the purchase they were very responsive but after the purchased i was ghosted by the sales staff( from sales manager to they're employees)
