The staff were excellent, very helpful, professional, and friendly. They made the entire experience smooth and comfortable. I did not spend much time at the dealership, and everything was handled efficiently. Overall, I had a great experience and really appreciated their professionalism and cooperation.

Worst ever. I was ready to purchase but they refused to send me pictures of the vehicle. All they had was a stock image . I live about an hour away with no traffic so some photos would have been nice before I arrived . I spoke with multiple sales people through email and I have still never received any pictures but I would get emails from those same sales people asking how they could help me . I guess they hire anybody to be sales people now.

I started working with this dealership on a Sunday because I was highly interested in a car they had just taken in. I had explained to them that I lived out of state and was still willing to drive out to get the car and do whatever it took to start working numbers and get the ball rolling. The GM refused to hold the car even after sending all the information I needed to send. The company they work with, Driveway, took over and did nothing but drag their feet about selling the car to me and then after taking my credit application and running my credit, they proceeded to sell the car to another customer after not updating me for a day and half. Probably the worst experience and highly frustrating car buying experience I’ve ever had with any car dealership.
