This dealership has no credibility. They lured us in with low prices. Any standard bank calculator for $25,644 at a 12.99% APR for 60 months outputs a monthly payment of $583, not $653. That's a difference of $70 a month, which adds up to over $4,200 in unexplained costs over the loan term. To be honest, I already felt that a 12.99% interest rate was extremely high and was hesitant about moving forward. Now they're charging me an extra $4,200 on top of that high rate. They tried to charge me an extra $4,200 without informing me, and when I discovered it, they not only wouldn't tell me what the fee was for, but also said my interest rate calculation was wrong. I'm not stupid; I just don't speak English well. I strongly advise against buying any vehicle from this dealership!

Terrible follow through. Despite setting up multiple times to talk, I never got a call and had to chase down the sales person and or sales manager. Sales person could not or would not answer a simple question about if a car was actually a CPO vehicle, even though the site said it was (it wasn't). I felt very disrespected throughout the process and that my time was not valuable.

Dennis was great and ironed out all the details to purchase the car and ship it to Massachusetts
