Lexus dealerships near me (San Leandro, CA)

We recently purchased a vehicle from Lexus of Oakland. While I appreciated that they honored the OTD price I requested but several parts of the experience was disappointing. The car wasn’t clean properly- i found empty plastic water bottles under the passenger seat, lots of food crumbs as well- and i later discovered the lock lugs was missing. I had to pay $97 out of pockect for replacement, and still need to be mailed to me. I asked if they could deliver the car to my home about 45 miles, but they said they don’t offer that service. I ended up paying for an Uber for my friend so he can drive the car home. For a Lexus dealership, I expected more attention to detail and customer care. RSC

Never recommend this place for your vehicle business. Posting vehicle for sale with no exact pictures of the vehicle, late reply, scheduling appointment for one customer but dealing with another even before the appointment time and date, not providing carfax report directly from carfax website but instead in PDF.

I realize that the model I was interested in was in high demand. However the $10K additional markup over MSRP was unacceptable.
