Kia dealerships near me (Barrington, IL)

Quoted me over $3500 more when I got there from what was advertised on their website. Before I went the internet sales specialist confirmed the out the door price however when I got there it was quoted over 3500 more. The sales person I was dealing with was nice guy and friendly however the decision for the final price was not his. I think it came from his manager

Although IO did not buy the car, I was impressed with Mike "wOLF" who IO spoke to.

This dealership would not disclose the rebates or incentives that were being assumed in their advertised pricing despite several explicit questions. Prospective buyers from this dealer should assume any possible incentive/rebate has been deducted from the advertised price

Don't recommend. I reached out to them about a car a few days before Christmas. I am out of state so needed to handle communication remotely and couldn't come in. All I wanted was an OTD price to get the conversation started. I was ready to move forward with a purchase and even had a shipping company that could handle vehicle delivery. A salesperson never reached out to me. I'd follow up with them almost daily via email and text, and would get a response very quickly by their online team, but never from a sales member. I was told that they are very busy and probably won't reach out until after the holidays as they prioritize the in person clients. Well they didn't reach out after the holidays either. It's now 2 weeks since I reached out to them, and nobody attempted to help me whatsoever. This dealership is a joke and I'm not sure their advertised prices are actually real.

Very great staff and handled things quickly they are very polite and had the patience to help with my 82 year old grandma who’s mostly blind as she was financing a car staff is 5 out of 5 Matt was a pleasure to work with and described every thing in detail to my grandmother so she could understand I would definitely do business with this lot again they also never once tried to push towards a sale like a lot of lots do if your looking for a car this is great place to come and check out
