I asked for an out- the-door quote. Salesperson said it was policy that quotes had to be made in person. When I said I understood the reason for the strategy, but didn't have time to run around town to gather quotes.... she reiterated it was store policy not strategy. Then said have a nice day, and hung up on me. The car price was the best value I could find - but I'd rather pay more money to work with another dealership. And am buying a car from a competitor.

Dealer response was immediate. Vehicle advertised as Blue with a "Manual" transmission. However the actual vehicle is White with Automatic transmission. Unfortunately I am ONLY interested in a "manual" transmission.

Super sketch classic bait and switch scammers. After speaking to three different people to get details on a final price and bill of sale I’m told there is a Mandatory $4K “ dealer accessories” added to their advertised sale price for upostry protection and lowjack. They wouldn’t be upfront and initially said there are optional dealer options that are negotiable but then said the $4K extra isn’t ooptiinal. HOW ABOUT YOY ADVERTISE THE REAL PRICES YOU CHARGE. Just reflects their dishonest business practices. It’s Unfortunate that they can’t be reasonable with upfront pricing and waste a consumers time gaming the public.
