Salesman did not know they were closed on the day that he made the appointment for us to look at the car. We sat in our car waiting for the salesman to arrive in the cold. Also theyâre asking for extremely high fee's we did purchase a car elsewhere . over $1000 in fees which when I complained the salesman, said they could negotiate. Asked me to wait until his manager came in to open the door.
