Very great staff and handled things quickly they are very polite and had the patience to help with my 82 year old grandma who’s mostly blind as she was financing a car staff is 5 out of 5 Matt was a pleasure to work with and described every thing in detail to my grandmother so she could understand I would definitely do business with this lot again they also never once tried to push towards a sale like a lot of lots do if your looking for a car this is great place to come and check out

Good experience with the sales person!

Dealer had vehicle listed on cargurus at a "Great Price". I inquired about it several times and could not even get a call back from the sales manager. When I finally did talk to him, he told me it was a fresh trade and wasn't available for sale yet and he didn't know when it would be. Had to call him again 3 days later..... Long story short - when it actually was available the price was $2,000 higher than the original cargurus listing! Seriously?

Still waiting for the follow up they said they would provide.

What started as a search for a used car, turned to buy a new car. I worked with Jeff he called and went through the numbers and gave me sound advice. The staff was friendly and patient with me while I went through the decision process. It worked out better than expected- thank you Team

I saw from a website this vehicle was available. I was highly interested in the vehicle so I went ahead and made a progressive step by submitting an application. I called them a day before I showed up in person. I was told by a finance person that I had gotten an approval. I mentioned that vehicle and they told me I would be able to put zero down explaining my entire situation upon arriving to the dealership, the vehicle was there as the man stated the day before. I test drove the car and I loved the car and was very interested. I said at the sales person’s desk and waited, feeling excited about actually finding something I liked that was newer with a cheaper price and low miles just to be swindled into another deal with an older car more miles and more expensive I was told there was a woman driving from six hours away, who already finalized on the car which wasn’t fair because I was told the vehicle was available and they even allowed me to drive it around.

This is my exact experience, completely honest in how it went down. I see this car listed on cargurus, I contact the dealership by phone ar 10:36 am on 9/24/25. I get in contact with a salesman, really wish I would have written their names down but unfortunately I didn't. I ask the salesmen if the vehicle is still available. He says, yes it is! And asked me what time i would like to come see it. I inform him that I work until 2pm and it would take me about an hour and a half to get there. Say's no problem, we'll have it ready for you to come see. 2 pm I called again before i made the 1.5 hour trip to verify that the car was still available. Salesman says, yeah we got it here waiting for you come on in. I say okay, be there in around 3:30. Salesman says, great! It will be here! I get there and I'm greeted with a handshake and a oh sorry we just sold it. Then they proceed to try and show me a clapped out rusted CRV and a pos Chrysler 200. Very unprofessional, bad internal communication.
