Great experience! Staff was friendly and willing to answer any questions. They also filled the gas tank as well which was amazing. Was able to test drive the car, buy it and take it home that day.

I didn't buy the vehicle because I wasn't able to get to the location. It had nothing to do with the establishment or the people.

I was not made aware until after I arrived this morning that the vehicle I was there to see had already been sold, after being assured by their team over the phone that I would be notified if it was no longer available so I would not waste a 2 hour trip down. On top of that I received a text 5 minutes before my arrival telling me they were all set for my visit this morning. They were obviously not all set. Sent to their Customer Care manager. Hopefully he can assist not having this happen to another customer.

When we arrive, the salesman, Matt was in parking lot , he was smoking and started speaking while smoking. I felt that is unprofessional.At the end he was very pushy. Then the dealer started sending emails and text . Matt called. That was way too much follow up. After reading this survey, please do not call me.

Calvin was very pleasant patient,and helpful.We came 30min.before closing did a test drive and bought the vehicle.

Very great staff and handled things quickly they are very polite and had the patience to help with my 82 year old grandma who’s mostly blind as she was financing a car staff is 5 out of 5 Matt was a pleasure to work with and described every thing in detail to my grandmother so she could understand I would definitely do business with this lot again they also never once tried to push towards a sale like a lot of lots do if your looking for a car this is great place to come and check out

The listing for the vehicle claimed it had no accidents, but when we saw it, it had extensive damage. We wasted gas driving to that location for nothing.

I've been to 10 dealerships lately and this was a horrible experience! Jay was extremely rude to me over the phone! H kept telling me he had to go bc there was a man in front of him who needed help (I am a woman). Told me if i had a question then to check the website, I was shocked! Obvipusly my questions cannot be answered online or else I wouldn't have called! I've never been treated so poorly over the phone! After our 4 hour drive to the dealership they had absolutely no idea we were coming, even with an appointment. The car that I was scheduled to drive was a mile away! The price I called about on the car and verified is not the price they were actually giving us at the dealership! It was $4k more than what I was told??! We spent 2 hours there because the car wasn't ready! At the end they gave a totally different price! They also claim they do not use Kelly blue book to give you a fair trade in! The estimate I got for my trade in was $4k less than other dealerships! Stay away!
