Drove an hour away to seee a car that the online department said I had to hurry bc someone else was scheduled to look the next day. We rushed with our 2 yr old to find out the vehicle was damaged, not reported to us or advertised online! The dealership didn’t know about it and the car was on the lot for 13 days! Then we went to look at it couldn’t get the doors open nor could we drive it! This car wasn’t even put through the inspection yet! Wasted a trip was lied to and never heard back from them to get update on the car! Not dealing with the dealership!

Gary was extremely helpful, even took a custom video for me showing the vehicle up close to evaluate the condition. All my dealings with them were professional and they had one of the best deals for the money without any doubt.

Flew in from DC for one particular used car that was supposed to be fully loaded. Ad was slightly incorrect. Hey mistakes happens. Dealership hooked me up with a major discount for a new car. They wanted to make it right to me. And they definitely did. Highly recommend this dealership

I will never buy a car from Kia of Streetsboro. Shady at best. Watch the final page when they try to hook you in for a service contract- and tell you it is mandatory for 'your car.' I got to the last page for a deal on a car they can't sell (it's still sitting on the lot), and there was a $4,000 service contract. I asked to remove it- they refused. I said, NO DEAL!

Great Lakes Hyundai was phenomenal. Our Sales Rep RJ helped narrow inventory down to what we were looking for. Appreciated him introducing us to Finance Mgr and team. Vehicles in beautiful condition, all questions no matter what they were we have received answers to. We were treated unbelievably well and weren't just another "number". Whether we purchase a vehicle from here or another dealership would definitely go back for next vehicle. Gave us time to also look at different options & also time to think about it. Knowledge awesome, listened and heard what was important, great people skills, and went above and beyond with some of the more unusual questions I asked. Definitely will recommend to friends and family. One of only a couple dealerships that treated us well and I know if we don't get a vehicle through them would not treat us differently.
