Car was filthy inside and had a few major body issues. When I
removed the oil fill cap, it was milky white in the cap (this normally
means there is a head gasket issue with the vehicle). I would not return
to this dealership.

I am sorry the vehicle you looked at was not a desirable one for you. I do not have any contact information to discuss your issue. Used vehicles we have on display for sale are usually given a full detail. If you looked at a car that we recently took in on trade, it may be filthy. We can not control how clean customers keep their vehicles; some are a lot cleaner than others. The vehicle you looked at must not have been detailed and readied for sale. In cold weather states, condensation sometimes forms under the cap, and when oil hits the underside, it forms a white, milky substance. Again, I do not have any contact information for you to discuss the issue, but the vehicle being filthy tells me it had not gone through our inspection/detail process and was probably just taken in on trade. We will offer those for sale to customers at a reduced price, from time to time, if they do not want the vehicle fully inspected or cleaned. They would be sold "As Is". Please call me to discuss this specific vehicle.

Went to look over the car and the person that I was dealing with was not
there. I had a salesman at my car before i could get out of it. Then three
more around me inside the dealership. Did not look at the car that I came in
for, not happy.

I visited and wanted to buy the Shelby gt-500 advertised. I was
told two months ago that the car was sold but couldn't transfer title
until the airbag was replaced via Ford recall. Also viewed the
same car advertised last month and stopped in again and was
told the same. And yet Park Ford continues to advertising a sold
car on the internet. While there may be a logical reason, I find this
business practice to be misleading.

I am sorry for any confusion. We at Park Ford do not try to engage any deceptive practices. When a recall is announced, especially on a used car as the one you are speaking, it is unfortunate. We were told by Ford we could not even allow the car to be test driven. The air bag recall on this car kept us from selling it for 9 months! We could "sell" it but not "demonstrate or deliver" it. A long time customer of ours wanted the car even knowing the situation.He put a considerable deposit and bought the car knowing he could not take delivery until the recall was completed. He
