They were very curtious and professional. It was nice that they didn't put any pressure on me to make decisions. I really appreciated that they let go me home and think about what I was going to do. That I know goes a lot of sales tactics but the truth be known I wouldn't have bought the car had they asked me to make a decision right then. It also will be one reason I will consider this dealership when purchasing my next vehicle.

the salesman who contacted me was very polite, not pushy at all. had van waiting for me to test drive when I arrived. I decided against the Transit for what I thought was flaws in the design. So my search continues.
