They’re incredibly supportive throughout the entire sales process and work hard to get you the best deal possible. This is my second purchase from PNW and I highly recommend them.

I am not a fan of dealerships adding items like Lo-jack to the deal without even a mention, specifically when seeking an out- the-door price, The seller figured State tax and other fees for his State despite being informed that I would be paying the taxes in my State. The total price of the vehicle went up so much I was no longer interested.

Yes , they responded, but told me the car was sold. That was on 22 Sept. The car was continued to be advertised since. Someone from the dealership responded to me, but just stated the car was sold, but did not say it would be continued to be advertised. Consequently I did not know that, because it did not say "sale pending" on the ad. So I thought I was being overlooked. I guess, my mistake. So I'm changing my rating as of 2-5-24.
