Jeep dealerships near me (Palatine, IL)

we drove two hours for this car to find out it was in the process of being sold as we walked in, even though we called earlier to make sure it's still available and was told it was still available. we saw another car that we liked. we negotiated a deal with a manager and sales men "john" ,but we walked out for 10 min we were still thinking about the car. then we decided to come back to the sales men "John" who was so disrespectful when we walked back in and just threw the paper work at us and told us the deal is done and he just turned his back and walked away. we asked for the manager they told us he left for the day. if you watch your cameras you will see how he threw the papers on the table. we were so upset that we didnt want to deal with John it was a horrible experienve we left and drove 2 hours again the next day. the next day we worked with another sales men named Nick who was very nice and took care of us. we made the deal with Nick and bought the car.

Dealership was all right communication at first. set up an appointment to go in the next week to look at purchasing a vehicle. Today is the day I am supposed to show up for my appointment but yesterday night I went to look at the vehicle online and noticed that it was already sold now and they haven't even told me that they sold it but are expecting me to drive 3 hours to them to fill out paperwork for the car they sold today.....not to happy with that communication.

Even though I didn’t end up buying a car here due to personal reasons, they were very professional and a joy to deal with

Very nice people, however we just could come to an agreement on a price.

Made an appointment on Friday to come see the car on Saturday for $15k. Look online on Saturday and the car is now $16k I get a text from sales manager asking if I’m still coming in I say yes. I get there and wait to see the car and I’m told the car is in detail and won’t be ready till Monday drive there for nothing very shady dealership.

Yes everyone was professional, very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. We ended up purchasing it!
