Great experience

Car we drove an hour to purchase sold the day before and we were not notified. Chose another vehicle and was there for several hours waiting on financing department to give approval. Had all documentation with proof of insurance, but wanted so much more including providing a savings account that was never asked for and non of their business. Purchased another vehicle or more money, lesser monthly payments and no hassle.

The best jeep and dealer

The new sales kid was very nice and helpful. Sales manager and whoever else sits in the same office didn't give us the time of day. We walked into building and was not acknowledged by anyone working for over 10 minutes. Then my husband had to go ask for assistance just for someone to help. The young man who came to speak with us was very nice but sales management and warranty lady were not very helpful when asked about cost associated with purchased.

The experience at Johnson was very enjoyable

I appreciate that they weren’t pushy at all- they let us take our time looking at it, driving and talking about it. And then when I said I wanted to think about it, they didn’t pressure me to buy it right then.

Jesus T. has been amazing to work with! He stays in contact and communicates before, during and after and is focused on the customers questions, concerns, and wants to help find you the right car! I'd highly recommend this dealership as well as asking for Jesus Tarin!! If and when we need another vehicle this will be our go-to dealership!!!

Awful experience. They are pushy and they add extras onto the vehicle price but they don’t tell you that. They also marked the vehicle down during the process of my trying to buy it they showed a lower price online but never offered the lower price to me. No matter what kind of down payment I offered the cost of the vehicle didn’t budge which is not how down payments work.
