INFINITI dealerships near me (Santa Cruz, CA)

I am leaving a one star review for this dealership for many reasons. I had been looking at a car there for over a week and couldn’t drive out because of work, i contacted the dealership and made an appointment to look at a car on the weekend. I drove 6 hours to this dealership for a specific car they had and they knew I was driving that far. This car had been there for over a month so they told me not to worry about it being sold. They called me made sure I was still coming and I told them I was an hour away! When I arrived they texted me someone is buying the car. I had cash in the car and had an appointment to buy this car. The people buying the car had been there for probably over an hour because they were almost done with paperwork. I get that it’s first come first serve but they told me not to worry about it, me thinking they would put it on hold since I had an appointment and had full intentions of buying the car. There is more to it but it won’t let me type more. 1 star!!!!

Really surprised. I had a previous lower price vehicle, but the dealer said it was in as an error. Okay fine, mistakes happen and that car was sold. This car looked good until the out the door price included 2k more (security fee). I don't understand why the car is not priced with those fees, but added at the end. My recommendation is to include those fees in advertised price.
