The experience at Elk Grove Hyundai was good, employees were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. There is one item that needs to be improved: the sale floor had a very loud background music and the type of music played was not appealing to everyone, as we discovered when we brought up the subject to their attention. Conversations and negotiations with employees were done under uncomfortable hearing conditions.

Had trouble contacting them at first. Once we did, they said they had the car available. We drove the 70 miles to the dealership only to be told the car had been sold the day before, half a day wasted.
