Great sales team

They told me the car was in the shop but feel free to view it but can’t be driven yet.Got there & never seen the car because it was in one of the other shops which was locked down.Called the following week & they told me that they are replacing the front bumper skin & having problems finding one.I texted last Saturday & they said they were going to contact me when they find a bumper.Im first on their list.I texted yesterday to see how it was going with the car & I'm still interested.never heard from them.Now today being 2 weeks since first contact,I called today & spoke with the sales department & the salesman that I spoke with was with a customer & will call me today or tomorrow. It seems to me that they don’t want to sell me the car.I never had this much trouble trying to buy a car less see it.. Everyone I spoke with was nice but never getting any interest on their part by contacting me to keep me in the loop.

Poor customer service and follow up. I reached out to Koeppel regarding a car they have had advertised for weeks because they had not included any photos on Car Gurus nor their own dealership website. Not a good sales strategy! Upon speaking to a sellsperson I was told she'd send photos. I hadn't received anything the next day so I emailed the dealership and got no response. The salesperson I spoke to called me back shortly afterwards and said she was still trying to get me photos. That was two days ago. This dealership apparently is not interested in selling their inventory or selling to an out-of-state buyer. In any case they do everyone a favor and keep their cars off of the internet.
