Checked out and test drove the vehicles. Good follow-up. Unfortunately, I bought at another dealer.

Excellent response just decided too far away

I came into Fred beans Hyundai of Doylestown during my car search. I was not pressed to purchase a car on that specific day, but keith and the entire sales team were too convincing and exceeded my expectations fully. Keith not only helped me with my trade-in but also was able to help me get into a very nice & newer vehicle. Keith followed up with me after I purchased the car to ensure that everything was okay. From the time I stepped into the dealership to the time I left, I was treated like a highly valued customer. I not only appreciated the dealerships transparency but their initiative taken to ensure that I left with a good vehicle, a good price, and a good feeling. If I can help it, I will be purchasing all of my future cars from this dealer. Excellent service in all aspects. You will not be disappointed purchasing a vehicle from here.

I talked to a lady on the phone to inquire about the vehicle and she confirmed the price was what was listed on CarGurus- $32,385. I asked if there was negotiation room or if the price was set. She said that there was room to negotiate. I thought great and packed up my baby. When I arrive there I come to find out the car is nearly $3k more because they said that price online is a promotional price that only applies to people that meet three specific criteria’s. So now the car is $35k (way too high for the market) and they offer to evaluate my trade in. I agree and when they return they say that my trade in is only worth what’s left from my payoff price. I had visited 5 prior dealership before them and all of them gave me at least $1k in credit towards the new purchase. The dealership seems poorly managed. I would caution anyone that intends on visiting this dealership to approach with caution and if possible, just go to another dealership. There are others on the same street!

They are very unprofessional, I test drove this car and when my money was right I texted, emailed several times and didn't get a response. I had to test them and ask them if again if the car was sold and ask them if I should go to another dealership. That's when I got a respond telling me it sold the night I drove it. It took 4 days for someone to respond. Not cool.
