I had an appointment but when I got there the car would not start.

Everything went great. Until we asked to see the Carfax report, the sales person got a little sketchy then. Wow, we are trying to read through it. He kept trying to have a conversation with us. On the last page, it said that the car failed the emissions test last year and was never retested. When we asked to see the codes to figure out why. He said that none of their service employees could figure out what the code meant and refused to show it to us. When we kept pushing to see the code, he went to get a service manager. But brought back the general manager instead. Who then told us how much money he spent on marketing, and how this car was such a great deal and tried talking us into buying it. We asked if we could see the code or if not can we bring in our mechanic. He said no to both. Then we walked away

The salesman was very, prompt,responsive and helpful during our most recent inquiry about a Toyota RAV4 my wife was interested in. Although we didn't decide to buy it, I hope to purchase a car from here soon.

They tried to help. I was a little late and car was sold. But they have always been there to help

Professional follow-up

This is the worse dealership. I will never buy from them again . I spent all day there , extra fees are add to the price of the car . The finance person was all about selling high priced warranty and hard to reach them over the phone when I needed some clarification.

They are the greatest!!!
