It was pretty bad experience overall . Considering the fact I drove an hour and a half to this location and the car I wanted to look at wasn't there. I received a phone call confirming my appt while I was on the belt parkway 45 min before I was due there. Then the sales team tried to sell me on a "similar" truck that was in older, had more miles and less options. They Could have saved me the frustration . Gas, tolls and time if they would have just checked the vehicle was there and not wasted my time. The entire experience felt like a Bait and switch and I was trapped to buy the other truck. Ended up Buying a truck back On Long island

The car was on the lot but it wasn't in running condition. Did not get to a point to discuss the purchasing of another vehicle. I went on a Saturday and it was way too busy for my liking. I would return at another time if a vehicle I'm interested in becomes available.

Of all the dealers I’ve been to the staff at Honda of Tenafly were the most pleasant, patient, attentive, informative and down to earth people I’ve ever encountered at any dealership. AnnaMarie especially was absolutely STELLAR and AWESOME as my sales person!! She went beyond the call of duty. Many thanks also to Gabriel and Jeremiah for working with me along the way. Started well with a young sales woman then was passed on the a “manager”. He came across as very aggressive and arrogant! I was willing to still move forward but had second thoughts when was greeted rudely on the day of my test drive. I’m leaving names out because my intent is only for those involved to learn and grow from this!

After the final pricing confirmed, credit check done followed by finance, they wanted to charge me another $2500 from no where as loyalty charge and one more in addition to it. They are so insane. Looked they wanted to blackmail me after running through my credit check.

Car had 7000 more miles than what was listed on this site. Car was far from mint condition we should have just flew home traveled 2200 miles for this car. Honda of the Bronx is a shady place.

Made the car buying experience very easy and straightfoward. No hidden fees and made the deal very quick.
