Good salesman

Worst dealership of 20+ I visited!! I saw all the horrible reviews about this dealerships lowball sticker prices and markups, but they had the exact model and trim level I wanted and the pictures showed mint condition...and at the upper limit of my budget. I had to check if it was too good to be true... It was!!! Although the car lived up to it's photos, they tried adding double 15% dealer charges so the car listing at $11,145 was going to be $14,00 plus Tax and Title charge. When I got up to leave, the "Finance Manager" came to work a deal. I told him it was simple... I would pay in cash that day the sticker price, plus $1000 fee for dealer/documentation, plus tax and that would be $13K. He told me that the best he could bring price down was $13,900 all in with taxes because the car cost him $11,600. I walked out the door. I recommend you don't waste your time walking in... unless you like getting robbed with a smile. PS: I got the same car somewhere else for a good price.

I was talking to Sergio for a week every time I spoke to him I said the price is 16,995. Now I'm an hour an half away. I get there he's telling me it's more money and it's not even the same car. He ran my credit before I even saw the car which I was very unhappy about. Very un professional and I'm assuming this rude man he was talking about the price was the owner. He said to me our prices go up and down every day. Thsts bull because the ad still said 16 995 and on the intranet it was 14,995. They where not going to give me the price that Sergio said and on the web. I have the ad and the date but even for say you promised me that was the price. I left they where playing games very very shady place and people. Even the guy I was talking said he was the salesman an Sergio was the finace guy when I got there Sergio was not the finance guy he was the salesman. So a 3 hour ride to be lied to an treated very badly. Oh I also have the texts messages. I would never recommend this dealership
