They called me in the morning and schedule the appointment When I reach there they told me car was sold a day before they called me and schedule appointment. Guy was totally cought and making excuse for that said someone hacked our system and reduce the price of that car. I think it's the dealers primotion stretegy to reduce the price in website to make customer visit them and then tell them car is already sold. Happened with me with 4-5 dealers same day. Quite disappointing as they wasted my time and made me fool to visit them. Even if they made appointment and vehical was sold they could have inform me before coming

They came up with a totally new price which was at least $4000 more than $11990. They told me that there was a price glitch and that price can't be honored. I was in constant contact with their representative before I made a visit there but nobody bothered to tell me that the price which they have sent me in email is no more the vehicle price. I wasted my money and time and they looked hardly bothered about me.

I sent them an email inquiry about a 2013 Honda Accord coupe EX-L. Ester who is the Internet rep called me and she was very professional. She gave details about the vehicle and the warranty that comes with it. I was very impressed.

Esther got back to me right away. Seconds after arriving I met Ash. I went in looking at the 2007 Honda Civic LX and wound up getting a 2012 Honda Civic LX. I love the car and the experience with Planet Honda. Ash was very friendly, helpful and professional in all ways. Never felt pressured in any way. Would definitely recommend Planet Honda!!

selling is all what its about! nothing about the customer's view point

Ashraf was a great salesman to deal with. Just call before you go in to find out all the fees that are added on to the sale price.

Was not able to buy vehicle because they claim there is an issue with the vehicle, but could not verify the issue at hand.

Tried to sell me a car with obvious problem with the muffler. First said there was was no issue then said they would get it inspected and would call me on Monday with follow up. No call. No surprise. Pushy and dishonest-bad combo.

Great communication! They called me and gave me all the information I needed.

Strange experience- the salesman who helped me was very nice, but he kept showing me vehicles which were a) not clean or appeared ready for sale, and b) were not what I was looking for. I went in with a fairly specific vehicle in mind, and I even had financing pre- approval! They were not willing to negotiate a price AT ALL, and didn't try very hard to find me any options that would work for me. They also weren't very knowledgable about options available for this vehicle - one of the most ubiquitous SUVs on the market. I guess there wasn't really much effort to earn my business at all. I won't even BEGIN to talk about their "vulture-like" approach in having at least 8 salesman just inside the front door ready to attack. I just didn't feel at home at this dealership at all. Taking my pre-approval elsewhere....

Great salesman

Never do business with this dishonest & liar people. They put their internet price for used car competitive, when you ask them to give you out-the-door price on phone or email, they ask you to come to their showroom. We spoke to Estar & she said that their will be taxes & registration fees, nothing else and asked her to come to showroom. Believing her word we drove 40 mins & after test drive & everything else, the salesman "Danny" mentioned that there is $695 appearance fees in all their cars+$99 nitrogen tire fees+$399 documentation fees apart from taxes & registration fees. We didn't negotiated price, we were ready to pay full listed price, and take the car same day, but all these fees threw us off. If they would have told us about all these fees on phone itself, it would have not wasted our time. They don't have value for anybody else time & they don't feel sorry for that. They also play cheap sale trick with you, where they try to call some other dummy interested party in front of you on speaker & tell the other dummy person ( one of their own) that they can't accept their offer & price is negotiable. Please take your business somewhere else & save your effort, time & money.

Great Experience at Planet Honda! 2011crv was sold upon my arrival but received a 2013 crv for the price of the 2011! Customer service was great.

No longer in market but immediate responses during search

One of the sales men was really nice, but the boss, who came to talk to me about a possible discount, was the most arrogant and full of himself man ever. Loud, dismissive and completely fake. I could not believe a word that came out of his mouth. I lost respect and trust in the dealer.

I am not a fan of any dealership so I will never rate them positively. all I asked for was an ESTIMATE cost of a vehicle. And all I got was an email a day asking when I would come in for a test drive. I wanted to save some time and travel and go where I got a good deal and my questions answered. They did not do that.

New car sales man was very misleading. It wasn't till we sat down with the used car salesman that we got straight forward answers and had a much better experience.

Was offered this car and scored an even bigger deal and better car once I arrived!!! :)

Price quoted in ad was inaccurate and never able to get an Internet "out the door" price.

All my questions were answered promptly with a short response time.
