Everything went great. Until we asked to see the Carfax report, the sales person got a little sketchy then. Wow, we are trying to read through it. He kept trying to have a conversation with us. On the last page, it said that the car failed the emissions test last year and was never retested. When we asked to see the codes to figure out why. He said that none of their service employees could figure out what the code meant and refused to show it to us. When we kept pushing to see the code, he went to get a service manager. But brought back the general manager instead. Who then told us how much money he spent on marketing, and how this car was such a great deal and tried talking us into buying it. We asked if we could see the code or if not can we bring in our mechanic. He said no to both. Then we walked away

I haven't purchased a vehicle from here yet, but in terms of communication.....it was excellent!!! I appreciate the manager Dave for being transparent, and not overbearing. I am still in the works of a possible deal on something else.

We made an offer that was acceptable to the dealership. However, we were out of the country for another week and a half. At first the dealership said they only required proof of airplane tickets flying to their city and state and they would be able to hold the vehicle. However this changed and the sales manager decided that he did not want to hold on to the vehicle this long and even refuse the $1,000 deposit to show our good intentions to make sure the vehicle is still available when we return to the country. As such I would not recommend this dealership for their business practices and apparently they do not wish to sell vehicles too interested customers. Their internal communication also seems to

I called before traveling to the dealership to inquire about the accidents reported via carfax and the condition of the vehicle. The rep told me no damage. Once I arrived after a 90 minute trip, I saw the vehicle and immediately noticed damage to the front drivers side and massive Crack in the windshield that would have likely cost in excess of $7,000 to repair.

Communication was wonderful.

I had an appointment but when I got there the car would not start.
