We had a great experience with Freeman Honda

The salesman never call me back didn’t answer my text messages. I called an a manager was suppose to call me back and never did. After I did the loan also never from any. This was terrible and experience would never recommend them to anyone

They’re horrible at giving information. One salesman will say one thing and you’ll drive over there and then someone else will give you a completely different answer. Which wasted your time?

I was forced to finance through their bank because they refused to use the auto check issued to me by my credit union. Richard and Jefferson were great. Sales manager not so much. Sales manager told his finance guy to not offer me anything extra because I was going to probably refinance somewhere else. Just wasn't the professional mentality when I was spending over $20000. Maybe he was having a bad day.
