Dealer rep answered my first request, but never followed up when I asked additional questions. I eventually bought a car elsewhere.

Listing reflected delivery. Submitted offer with call back time and date. Immediately started getting text and calls. Wanting to know when I was coming to get car. Pointed out that as specifically states delivery. Response was not to your area.

I was in negotiations with salesman when he stopped communicating. They must not care if they sell the vehicle or not.

My experience at this dealership was excellent. The sales person, Ravi Gowda, was very helpful at each step. I contacted this dealership on Sunday and I was a bit surprised to see a response from Ravi on the same day. I did not expect any response on Sundays. Other members at this dealership, Sana Aslam and Osman Khan were very helpful as well. If you are in the market to buy a new or used Honda, I would encourage to contact this dealership.

Sales person was responsive and helpful. However, the dealer employs questionable tactics by advertising one price but then requires customers to purchase unnecessary “options” to increase msrp by thousands of dollars. Make sure to check reviews as several customers have similar experience. Hendrick’s response to “contact dealers to discuss” is a common theme and is evidence that they are aware of the issue yet continue to participate in misleading customers. Plenty of other dealers in the DMV. Don’t waste time with Hendrick.
